1 - some colours and pattern designs/layouts may differ from the picture shown

2 - we cannot reimburse if you do not apply the promo codes upon checkout

3 - you will be sent a letter within your delivery, please ensure you retain this for future reference

4 - all items are hand made to order, in peak times there could be a wait of up to 2 weeks for dispatch, please message us if you wish to know the current lead time

5 - personalised items are exempt from refund or exchange unless faulty by fault of Bibblez

6 - we will accept exchanges on non personalised items, up to 14 days after delivery (20% restocking charge may apply and the cost of re-delivery will apply)

7 - we will refund non personaslised items up to 14 days after delivery (20% restocking charge and original delivery fee will apply)

8 - any faulty items must be alerted to Bibblez within 7 days after delivery
